4.help oneself (to) +名词，意为“请随便吃……”。这是招待客人的常用语，oneself有人称和数的变化。

5.with the help of sb.或with one's help，意为“在某人的帮助下”。这里的with不可用under来代替。

6.习惯句式中的help：
