• 自从，用于现在完成时+时间点/从句
• since+时间点 延续性动词
• I've lived here since1976. 从1967年我就住在这里了。
• since+从句 从句用一般过去时
• I have worked in this company since I left school. 自从毕业离校以来，我就一直在这家公司工作。
• It has been three years since I came to China. 我来中国已经三年了。
• for +一段时间
• I've lived here for 20 years. 我在这里已经住了20年了。
• I have been a school teacher for 28 years now. 我当老师已经28年了。
• I have been married for a year. 我结婚一年了。
• 注意： I have married for a year. × married是短暂性动词，不能用在这里。
• I have been married. 我结过婚了（暗指现在单身）
• 短暂性动词 比如
• come go arrive marry fall buy sell
• 短暂动词可以用于现在完成时，但是不可以用于有延续性的时间状语的现在完成时，但是否定句的可以
